  • Use plain white sheets to get better quality prints.
  • Make sure that no paper is being torn or damaged.

NETWORK ISSUES

 If your brother printer is not able to connect to a network, then do the things as follows to connect:

  • Firstly, make sure that your network is active.
  • If you have connected to a wired network, make sure that the USB cable is connected properly. Also, you can unplug the USB cable and reconnect it again to connect it properly.
  • Even after reconnecting the USB cable, if your problem still persists then try a different USB slot or else try it with a new USB cable.
  • If you have connected to a wireless network connection, check whether the wireless light is on in your printer and in your computer. Also, you must keep your computer and printer at a minimum distance so that it will get connected easily.
